This adapter fits slides cut for the "Doctor" footprint (Venom/FastFire3). Allows attachment of "RMS" footprint optics.

- Burris FastFire 3
Allows mounting of these optics:
- Shield RMS/RMSc/SMS
- Holosun 407k/507k/EPS
- JPoint
- Sig RomeoZERO

The hardware, purchased at extra $, did not work. The screws that were the right thread to fasten the Holosun to the plate were too long and bottomed out before clamping the red-dot down. Had to shorten them with a Dremel tool. The posts on the front were too long. Left a visible gap under the front of the HS-507k, canting the front upward. Had to shorten with a Dremel. Other than having to modify the adapter plate and the mounting hardware, okay.
